Night of the Comet
It tells the story of Regina and Samantha, two teenage sisters who are, apparently, the last people on Earth after a comet passed and turned everyone into dust or zombies.
I love the photography in this one and even knowing it´s not a great movie, it has it´s moments and it´s definitely entertaining to watch. Bright colors and the red filter while all the "bad things" were happening and I absolutely love that, after the rain, the atmosphere returned to normal at the end of the movie, maybe symbolizing that everything will turn out all right. And you just hope that for Samantha, given that she´s such a likable character.
It also has a bleak feel to it and a weirdness, especially when they encounter the blood harvesting scientists.
Resuming, it´s a post-apocalyptic 80s movie with two teenage girls, whose highlight moment is to try out clothes at a mall, at the end of the world, while listening to Cindy Lauper.
